Description

I build this example app to demonstrate the bug.
I used the package dependency list of the official expo-go app in the github.

But there is a difference between building the app in the expo-go app or a development build as can be seen in the following videos:

Development build:

Record_2024-07-05-10-51-47.mp4

Expo-go:

Record_2024-07-05-10-53-07.mp4

The expected behaviour is that the green box is re-appearing again after navigating back but it isn't in the development build

Steps to reproduce

Build the repo in expo-go and a development build. Observe different behaviour
