Move SofaPython code (using Python2) and its history to its own repository : https://github.com/sofa-framework/SofaPython

CI has been updated so it should fetch and enable SofaPython

(#1527 , #1442)

TODO: convert MechanicalMatrixMapper.pyscn to a standard XML scene (in examples folder)
