Request to release version 1.3.3

Hello,

There are few changes in version1 branch to remove check for node engine. Having this requirement prevents installing the package on recent nodejs version. Also such requirement doesn't make sense for browser library.

Could you please release 1.3.3 so everyone can benefit from these changes.
