Resolves #248

This example showcases how to use custom templates with the skops model card class.

The new document is not yet explicitly linked in the documentation yet. Ideally, this can be done once #254 has been finalized.

Nice one!

Not related to this particular PR, but it'd be nice to have a way to show the final modelcard to users in our examples. Easiest way would be to have a link to the repo on the hub, but it'd be a bit of work.
