Issue in installing conda_packages.txt #11

I am trying to install all the requirement as define in conda_packages.txt in linux64, but many requiremnet packages showing this error. PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels. Can you please tell me which python version and conda version, I have to use to install all these packages.
