-- All numbers (except step data) have no trailing zeroes. Decimal precision for beat seconds is 5 while others (bpm, numSeconds) is 3.
-- groove radar data is only saved in cache, not in sm files.
-- removed measure number tags
-- removed -nosongbg- in BGCHANGES
-- default BGCHANGES value is changed from
0=[movie file]=1,1,1,0 to
0=[movie file]=1,0,0,0

[Others]

changed default sample music length from 12 to 15
removed possible banner lookup conditions. This fixed the bug where jacket image is loaded when the song has no banner.
