As currently designed, there are 33 separate workflows organized into 5 categories. It would be nice to call higher-level workflows that performed all analyses in a given category or all available analyses in all categories.

Yes, there are a lot of rules to fit into a single command, and this issue is only going to be amplified in the future as we add more rules! :)

I think a final_report rule could be a good solution. We'll also add more information in our documentation about how users can call a terminal rule instead of every rule, which will shorten the command and provide the same results.
