It appears that there is an issue with the User module of your system. Specifically, there is a missing file called "umeeting.php" in the "/user" folder, which is resulting in a "page not found" error. Additionally, there seems to be a problem with the Exam module for users. When a user logs in and selects an exam to start, the bank page appears, but the page becomes unresponsive. It's worth noting that this is not the case with the Admin module.

Based on the information provided, it seems that the issues with the missing "umeeting.php" file in the "/user" folder and the unresponsive Exam module for users need to be addressed. Possible solutions include checking the file's existence and debugging the Exam module's code or configuration, ensuring that the issues aren't limited to specific user profiles, and updating the system with the latest patches if necessary as soon as possible.

"and yeah i made chatgpt write this issue report" :D
