Yes, you can use any telethon session

первую сессию рекомендую создать через запуск бота. Остальные можно скопировать в созданную папку sessions. Если сразу создать папку и туда скопировать сессии, может не запуститься, у меня была такая проблема

У меня десяток ботов, и все они используют один и тот же API_ID и API_HASH
