Registering components individually

Is there's a way to selectively register the input components used? I don't plan to use the editor component, so I'd rather avoid installing Quill, but looking through how this is setup, it's not entirely clear how to register specific components

Maybe a regression with fix in 2.0.2. Removed direct component imports in 2.0.3.

Hope it does not effect the solution of #46
