"Last estimates not found" for avplot, cprplot

Hi! I've been trying to run code similar to the following example:

sysuse citytemp.dta, clear

reghdfe heatdd tempjuly, absorb(division, savefe)

avplot tempjuly

However, when I try to run avplot, I get the error message "last estimates not found". Presumably avplot is not finding the parameter estimates stored by reghdfe that it would normally use to partial out variables other than tempjuly to create a partial residual plot. My understanding was that "savefe" should cause those parameter estimates to be stored. Does reghdfe store its parameter estimates in some way that makes avplot unable to find them?
