Problem: slack environment variables are not working for docker #2096

Issue

I am using a container to deploy semaphore. For notification purposes I use slack. From the repository I can find that two environment variables are defined to enable slack alerts and to set the web hook url:

SEMAPHORE_SLACK_ALERT
SEMAPHORE_SLACK_URL

Unfortunately those variables have no effect. When I manually edit the config.json file it works. This is the only place where I cannot define config.json settings with environment variables and I guess this should be working, since E-Mail alerts can be configured using environment variables as well.

@dominikspiertz can't reproduce. Works for me. Please try to upgrade to latest beta (2.10.4-beta).
