When semantic release creates a GitHub release, it adds the version number and date to the release notes. This seems very unnecessary as it is essentially a duplicate of what already is shown by GitHub. Is there a reason why this information is added to every release?

This information is redundant in the GitHub Release.

BREAKING CHANGE: The title is now removed from the release notes by
default. You can disable the removal of title/restore the old behavior
with [`removeTitleFromReleaseNotes: false`](https://github.com/semantic-release/github#removetitlefromreleasenotes).
