plugin.standalone.search.tpl move to search plugin

We need to include the plugin tpl files in the theme into the plugins, like adminqv, this way it will be more understandable.

It will be inconvenient to search for Tpl files later in folders.
But you can rename plugin.standalone.search.tpl to search.tpl and place it in plugin folder (plugins/search/*)

I know how it is moved, but it would be better for users to have it in the plugin.
