Use github pages within a deploy workflow to document the application.
Documentation should include code documentation, the frame of this application and details on how the acquisition process is working. The acquisition process comprises the calculation of a pypulseq sequence, the execution and data post-processing steps. All the different parts are to be backed up with examples.
In addition to the documentation in github pages, this milestone also includes the preparation of a submission to the JOSS.
