Challenge 23

Branch

  • Start branch name with a Group word.
  • Use Unique ID in branch names.
  • Use Hyphen or Slash as Separators
  • Git Branch with Author Name
  • Avoid using numbers only
  • Avoid using all naming conventions simultaneously
  • void long descriptive names for long-lived branches

Issues

  • Create a new GitHub issue associated with the relevant repository and propose your change there.
  • The issue will automatically have the 🚦 status: awaiting triage label applied. Wait for a project maintainer to evaluate your issue and decide whether it's something that we will accept a pull request for.
  • Once the project maintainer has approved the issue and removed the 🚦 status: awaiting triage label, you may start work on code as described in the "Contribution process" section above.

PR

  • PR should be descriptive.
  • Link PR to the issue if you are solving one.
  • Review changes before creating a pull request.
  • Try to add screenshots showing the functionality of features that you added.

The 30 days of open source sep journey was very much amazing and was full of exitment. Everyday after coming from the college i used to be very excied about what is the todays challenge ?. It was great learning expericence of learning git, github though i was having a experience of git and github but this challenge made me aware of many new things as well like signning of commits, Linting checks, Dco checks, Github Pages etc.
After learning so much from the challenges i am confident enough to start contributing in the open source projects and infact by the means of challenge only i completed by first contribution.
Truely, I will miss this challenge atleast for two three days.

Feedback

I will like to say that it was very good initiative and wa want more such initiative like this. Might be it will be good to start a project that can catter our ever growing community and even others also. Will be waiting for the next challenge to start soon
