Proud to say that the scala code no longer features the word “oxalis”. It’s only been what, nine years since the renaming?
I moved the sub-packages in “oxalis” to the higher level “app” since the grouping did not really make sense.
Also renamed the package “binary” to “dataset”. Not that that is much better but it follows https://docs.webknossos.org/webknossos/terminology.html
