we classify Persian Alphabet. use LOCI algorithm for feature extraction,i set an article here. use Singular Value Decomposition(SVD) method for dimension reduction because this method is better for the spark covariance matrix in compare with PCA method. use the Bayesian Classifier. my accuracy is 93.02%
