Create the E2E complete text-processing workflow with the "acknowledge" response, so that:

User sends message to WhatsApp.
WebHook API receives message and saves it to DynamoDB.
DynamoDB Streams trigger State Machine.
State Machine process text message tasks/steps.
The "response" message is sent with the same input message (acknowledge approach).

The goal of this ticket is to ensure and E2E workfow in place, with Meta API connections in place (tokens/secrets/etc)
