Create the Integration tests for the EDA publisher solution with the added CDK test-infra

After finishing implementing #14 , we are ready to enable the "integration-tests" creation for EventBridge events and EDA processes, so that the generated events are validated, and we don't generate side effects.

This ticket aims to create the "integration tests" code, and update the "source" code as necessary so that there are no side effects and the "source" is updated when running the tests. For more details, please refer to this comment:
