This would be really helpful for an initial install in understanding how the table of contents and sections are generated. It would be like seeding a database with sample posts, categories, etc.

I would have loved to have about 5 .md files generated for me with a sample of all the markdown code. Heck, even if the actual larecipe .md documentation docs were made public it would show the source files in action.
