Keep Left Nav Position on scroll for overflow menu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Would like the left nav position to be maintained when a user clicks a nav link that is overflowed. i.e. I scroll the nav menu to the last link which scrolls the Nav and the Body to the top. Would like Nav Menu position/ scroll to be maintained.
