Describe the bug
Sometimes ::embed doesn't embed the message and just ignores it. This is quite weird and frustrating since there seems to be not pattern to it.

Steps to reproduce
Try ::embed in a channel. Most often it works, but sometimes it doesn't.

Expected behavior
The embed command to always embed messages or return an error otherwise.
