Hi @armahillo and all,

The "filter by date" dashboard function isn't working properly. When the date range is changed in the filter, the numbers/results on the dashboard don't change/update properly. It seems like some graphs might be working okay (i.e. the diaper drive chart), but other than than that I'm really not sure. For example, I can tell that the "ticket totals" and the "donation totals" charts don't seem adjust.

Thanks,
Rachel

Looks like the PR I submitted corrects this.

@pdxdiaperbank I am definitely seeing some changes when I do different date filters -- can you confirm that it's behaving correctly now, or if not, tell me what you're expecting to happen? (It's possible that some of the dashboard widgets might be behaving differently by design but that's something we can change)

@armahillo Here's a FEW things I'm observing:

  1. The two red/green blocks at the top of the dashboard page don't adjust correctly. From my understanding, these two figures (items ticketed/donated) should change according to the time frame inputted in the filter.

  2. I'm also finding is that the filter doesn't work properly if the end date is left as the current day's date. You can adjust the start date to anything and it won't work UNLESS you change the end date to something other than the current day's date.

  3. The filter start date is automatically defaulting to March 2016 after each search which becomes pretty annoying since I do a LOT of filter searches (sometimes one after another)...

I hope that makes sense! :)

N.B. for 2017 -- This issue may or may not be ActiveAdmin related, so I'm not migrating the issue to the new repo, but will keep it here in case it comes up again.
