Empty lines are padded with indent spaces. Take this for example:

sub Main()

    print "Hello"
end sub

Gets formatted as (using > to visualize spaces

sub Main()
>>>>
>>>>print hello
end sub

but it should format as such:

sub Main()

>>>>print hello
end sub
