Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
AsciiDoc related Table of contents is a piece of cake, but Markdown related one is not one liner.

Describe the solution you'd like
Table of contents for the Markdown template type as well.
It should list the catalogs, aliases and templates like the AsciiDoc variant.
