Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The Cloud SIG has been shipping some packages, specifically a replacement kernel with optimizations for cloud providers (GCP, mostly, at this time). We recently had a regression due to a patch we backported which lead to complete network failure upon reboot for instances running this kernel on GCP -- obviously not a good thing! :D

I am not sure if we can reproduce this locally, but I would be interested in seeing if we could integrate launching and connecting to a GCP instance to test such things. I am willing to help put in the effort to make this happen from the Infra side, as well as learning how to do this sort of stuff in oQA.

BTW -- I think both this and #193 would be really great stories to speak to the openQA developers about for 'success stories' of using it. (Of course, along with Rocky as a whole!)
