The post-build step failed for canister '' with an embedded error: No such file or directory (os error 2) #9

I downloaded the latest version as of 1 March 2022.
Nature of Error: repeatable

Way to reproduce:
cd rust
dfx start --background
dfx canister create --all
dfx build

The build fails with above error.
