A prototype based p2p mortgage loan solution implemented on ethereum blockchain network.
This is a capstone project submission for CPG-76 group of TIET, Patiala.
Frontend implemented in ReactJS which uses web3 rpc calls for interacting with the smart contract.
Digital Mortgage is implemented through NFT tokens (specifically ERC-721).
Pinata gateway is used for pinning the mortgage documents on IPFS network for borrowers to verify.
