  • A lot of first-time bot-makers look to be using this guide (I've seen a lot of references to it on Reddit and elsewhere), and every few weeks it seems on http://discord.gg/discord-api/ that somebody complains about their token having been leaked or compromised and their bot lost. As such I figure it'd be a good idea to make explicit mention of the fact that you should keep your token private before these people get to the point where their token could be used dangerously. (also, it feels a bit weird to just edit someone else's page like this without a pull request or anything -- hope you don't mind. Feel free to edit or revert any of my additions if you want to do so)
