Ruby 3.1.3 or 3.1.2 fails to build on Arch Linux (fresh install)

I just did a fresh install of EndeavourOS (Arch Linux) with the most recent Kernel and asdf-ruby is failing to build Ruby 3.1.3 and 3.1.2.

$ openssl version
OpenSSL 3.0.7 1 Nov 2022 (Library: OpenSSL 3.0.7 1 Nov 2022)

Steps to reproduce the behavior

I tried installing with asdf install ruby 3.1.3 and asdf install ruby 3.1.2

Also opened a asdf-ruby issue in case this is related asdf-vm/asdf-ruby#325

It looks like this was related to a broken GPU card 😕 closing this for now 👍🏼
