Failed to build Ruby "cannot compute sizeof (long long)"

Not sure if this is a rbenv issue, I'm unable to build Ruby on Target: x86_64-apple-darwin20.6.0 Mac, but on my other Mac it work just fine, both on Big sur. I've attached the config log. This exists for RVM too, and even when I download Ruby and compile manually, They all fails at the same step.

I've seen this error before but those fixes doesn't work in this case.
