We should improve how display of important messages on extensions main screen in the UI, as it might not be the correct way to notify the user, especially at scale (multiple extensions)

There are a couple of scenarios to consider:

  1. The messages that we display in the actual card, when there's a newer version of an extension available, but it cannot be installed due to a problem:

  1. Messages that we display in the actual card when an already installed extension has some problem and the UI has prevented it from loading:
