Description:
The API currently includes an endpoint for creating new user records with permissions that allow anyone to access it. Removing it won't affect the existing login process.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Remove API endpoint for creating new users

Note:
This is an automatics Django func. and has to be coded to remove it.
