How to generate label.tsv and cbsbox.tsv for NoCaps?

Thanks for your amazing work!

After download the released nocaps dataset from here, no features and labels of testing set can be found in the directory.
I've also noticed that one can generate features from the scene graph benchmark repo you provided, but I can't figure out which model to use and how to reproduce val.feature.tsv, val.label.tsv and val.cbsbox.tsv.
I'd be grateful if you could let me know how to obtain these files.
