pdk (FATAL): Unable to download https://forgeapi.puppet.com/schemas/task.json. Check internet connectivity and try again. Connection reset by peer - SSL_connect

Looks like FORGE_SCHEMA_URL is hardcoded? We need to override this to use a local proxy cache
