Section opening setting for "Left or right page section openings" does not function

Description

Clarke digital and print PDF exports do not accurately reflect the "Left or right page section opening" setting in the PDF Theme Options. Books with this setting enabled will export files with section openings only occurring on the right side of the book.

Themes updated to Buckram should have this issue resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a book with several chapters
2. Choose the Clarke theme from the Themes page
3. Go to Appearance > Theme Options > PDF Options to find the Section Openings setting and set it to "Left or right page section openings (for print PDF)"
4. Save Changes
5. Go to the Exports page and export a digital and print PDF file

Expected behavior: PDF files export with section openings on either the left or right page when the "Left or right page section openings" setting is enabled

Actual behavior: PDF files export with section openings only occurring on the right page with this setting enabled
