Questions on updating to version 1.3.0

I git the singularity container of mixer (https://github.com/comorment/mixer). I have installed mixer through singularity (figure shows), but when I run mix.py, the log file noted the version was still 1.2.0. Why didn't I got the update? What should I do to update to version 1.3.0?
