Delete the existing session.json file and try again

how do i delete a file that doesn't exist

I have the same problem.
It doesnt create a session.json file.

I have same issue.
According to this issue on pedroslopez/whatsapp-web.js #564.
I resolve this issue with :

  1. run npm update
  2. remove last.qr and session.json if exists
  3. rerun node api.js
