Unable to cast to roku tv #57

I was using the same insturctions and it worked until couple of weeks back.
Now not sure what changed and suddenly not working.

I am able click the roku cast button and i see my roku tv got loading and again it coming off back to normal screen.

Not sure if this is causing issue - i see this error in the chromecast extension page.
