Video File Not Casting

Hello,
I just recently setup RokuCast and the test link worked successfully and cast to my roku. I was trying to cast a show from an online link - the Chrome extension properly identified the video - the gray highlighting appeared with the download and cast buttons. When I clicked the cast button, nothing happened. Any insight as to this? I believe the video was through HTML5. A number of the other links I've tried casting had the same problem.

Are there ways to identify video types that will work with Rokucast? Perhaps based on the site they are accessible on? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
