Could you, please, upload your requirements.txt file as I get legacy-install-failure while pip install hazm!

Hi, sorry for the delay.
I don't have the project on my PC right now, I checked the hazm's version and simply added it to a single requirements.txt file.
If the problem continues to exist, ping me I will thoroughly check it.
