Show pending multisig approvals

I'm submitting a feature request

What is the current behavior and expected behavior?
Users need to manually hover over each multisig card, then open a modal and then expand a list to see a list of existing approvals, which is rather cumbersome if you have a lot of multisigs.

I suggest to show a list of pending approvals on the Accounts page, or even move the multisigs list into its own Multisig page under the Accounts tab. Can add some UI design suggestions, too.
