Thanks for the interest, it's planned, including a tool to generate apps.
But it's still too early even for simple use and lots of extra features are not merged yet ( fstrings / walrus / dataclasses ) and correct file/socket support.

utimeq (uasyncio) loop has wasm overflow problems in both vm and it's a critical component.

Also I won't ship a dom/worker link using json, some help with maybe CBOR or any Python/js/C friendly serializer would be welcomed.
