Feature request: "Meet the community" page

Description

There is a need for a page to introduce the core members of PESOS. Otherwise, quoting @tfidfwastaken (credits to him for suggesting the idea) "my thumbs will get sore from introducing myself to all the new people here for the 200th time".

For starters we could keep it a simple page with names and a short intro for each person. This could be a section in the "about" page. Data files can be used to store member details in a YAML file and render them using a template.
