[Suggestion] Requirement checks and HTML support

I think it would be nice for creating questions inside the Forms to have a requirement check for Text. For example a check Number with sub-options like IsNumber, between, equals, etc.... Furthermore I would love to see HTML and CSS edit options for advanced users when creating Forms and Questions, so you can make it look fancy if you know what you´re doing.
