Symfony had a general bump to 3.4.14 and then 3.4.15:

You can decide if you want to summarize all the Symfony component bumps into a single entry here, or go through each and change the version.

Some Symfony components stay at a lower version in stable10 because of PHP 5.6. composer has sorted that out.
