I had for example an feed already in there:

http://heise.de.feedsportal.com/c/35207/f/653901/index.rss

Then Add this:

http://blog.openstreetmap.de/feed/

The post of the OSM blog aren't added at the correct position. Instead they appear above the old items. The time of adding/scraping determines the sort order - but this should be done by the "authoring time" provided by the feed

Dup of #115 and many others.
This issue pops up quite often, it seems that users are bothered by it.
