Folder stream does not show latest entries by time, but by date of feed added

1. Have some feeds in a folder. There are a few articles from the last days in it.
2. Add a new feed which has had an article 1 month ago and before that every month (or so)
3. Click on the folder to view the folder stream

The result is that all the articles from the feed added in step 2 are shown first. Instead I would expect everything to be sorted chronologically by date authored.

There are problems with that and auto-paging. This was one effort to fix it: #115

Indeed we tried to fix it but its not really possible. The problem will go away anyways after the first feed update so im closing this.
