add launch composition example for depthai_ros_driver #6

Bonus,
Provide launch examples for launching depthai driver via ros2 composition:

ros2 launch depthai_ros_driver depthai_composition.py

Big Note: xml tag for node_container is only available in ROS2 Rolling, ros2 humble. ros2/launch_ros#235.

Other than a composition launch in py, a depthai_composition.launch.xml is also provided here. This only serves as an example to the user.
